What it holds

Everything that decides what goes on the plate

Most planners know your recipes. annaflo knows your household — who can eat what, who is on which chart, and who has to take something before dinner.

Diet charts

Upload the nutritionist's chart and annaflo reads the targets off it — calories, protein, water, meal timings, what to avoid. You check them before anything is applied.

Medicines, timed to meals

"Half an hour after breakfast" becomes a real time, worked out from when your family actually eats. Tick each dose off as it is taken.

Calories that add up

Every meal and every day totals as you plan, per person, measured against their own target — not a number for the household as a lump.

Allergies and what to avoid

Name anything at all — peanut, maida, baingan, cold drinks — and those dishes stop being suggested for that person. Regional words work too.

Reminders on the phone

Each person gets a private calendar link. Subscribe once and medicine and water reminders appear — and update themselves when the plan changes.

One page for whoever cooks

A clean printed menu for the kitchen, and a copy-paste version for the family group. No one needs an account to read it.

How it goes

Five minutes to set up, then the week plans itself

Tell it who eats

Names, ages, what each person eats, what they must avoid, and the diet they follow. This is the part everything else runs on.

Set your meal times

Breakfast at eight, dinner at half past eight. Medicine reminders are worked out from these.

Add charts and medicines

Upload a nutritionist's chart if you have one, and list anything taken regularly — before a meal, after it, or at a fixed time.

Plan the week

Build it around your family's own habits and favourites, or pick every dish yourself. Travel, holidays and eating out are all accounted for.

Send it to the kitchen

One tidy PDF for whoever cooks, and reminders already on everyone's phone.

Straight answers

What annaflo does and does not do

Better you know now than find out later.

  • It is not medical advice. annaflo holds what your doctor or nutritionist already told you and keeps it in front of you at mealtimes. It does not decide anything clinical.
  • Charts are read where they can be. Excel, CSV and text PDFs are read automatically. A photo or a scan is stored and shown, but you type the numbers in — there is no OCR.
  • Calories are estimates. Where a dish has a real figure it is used; otherwise annaflo estimates from the dish. Good for keeping to a target, not for a laboratory.
  • The dish library is India-first. Around 780 dishes to start from, and you can add your own on a paid plan.
  • One login per household. Everyone at home signs in with the same email and password.
